Campo Grande 200 is a new development of urban apartments in Lisbon. This development is composed of 47 apartments with typologies one bedroom to four bedrooms, two bedroom duplexes and four bedroom duplexes, areas between 55sqm and 285sqm are equipped with sophisticated and opulent materials.
One of the old entrances to Lisbon formerly made up of vegetable gardens and fields, Jardim do Campo Grande a 15 hectares area. Its construction began in 1801, in the style of a romantic walk, according to the project of the Count of Linhares by the order of the Prince Regent of Portugal, Dom João.
The first horse race took place in 1816 in a still existing race course. The variety of flora, the equipment and the architectural heritage give the garden a playful and sporty character, and is one kilometer in length.
The Jardim do Campo Grande was extensively renewed in November 2013. The rehabilitation works favored meadows and lawns, avoiding bush areas, and increasing the night lighting for safety reasons.
A lake, the brand image of this park, was refurbished and waterproofed and its water irrigates the green areas and accommodates the boats, that are returning to this area. A restaurant with a terrace facing the lake, a children’s playground, two tennis courts, a skating rink, and three paddle courts, out of a total of nine, made also part of this renovation.
