The approved architectural project for an Alentejo hill, with characteristics typical of the area, has 4 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen/dining room of approximately 100m2. The house is on one floor, with a total area of 200m2 and a 15x3.5m swimming pool. The land is 1.5 hectares and is divided by an access road to 3 adjacent plots. The northern (and highest) part is where the ruin is located and the southern part is a very fertile area with two water springs.
There is company water and electricity at the far end of the plot, making the whole construction process simpler. The PIP submitted in 2023 and with binding information until July 2024 would also allow the construction of 155m2 of Agricultural Support.
This plot is a 15-minute drive from Praia de Santo André and 18 minutes from Melides
