NUMA is a touristic classified resort and therefore subject to the Portuguese laws governing this type of resort. Owners can use their villas for agreed periods of the year and during the time that the owner is not in residence, the villa will be managed and rented out for holiday purposes by the developer. For this reason all villas at NUMA are delivered fully furnished. The rental income is divided between the owner and developer on a pre-agreed formula therefore providing a return on investment for the villa owner whilst also guaranteeing that the villas and common area facilities are well maintained by the developer.
