NUMA introduces a new lifestyle to Comporta: a village comprising 21 villas integrated into a luxury boutique hotel, designed to offer a unique experience where privacy and premium services coexist in perfect harmony. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2027, with the hotel set to open in June of the same year. The extraordinary outdoor pool serves as a natural extension of the region’s beaches, ideal for moments of leisure and relaxation at the end of the day. The development also features a children’s pool and a club designed especially for the little ones, reinforcing the family-friendly and exclusive atmosphere. 

Inspired by destinations such as Greece, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera, NUMA combines the essence of the Mediterranean with the unique tranquillity of Comporta, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. Classified as a tourist development, NUMA complies with applicable Portuguese law, this model allows owners to enjoy their homes during specific periods throughout the year. During the remaining periods, the properties are managed and operated for short-term rentals by the developer, and are delivered fully furnished and ready to move into. 
This model ensures professional and attentive management, while providing attractive returns, with operating income shared between the owner and the developer according to pre-established terms—thus ensuring a solid, worry-free investment. 

NUMA is a touristic classified resort and therefore subject to the Portuguese laws governing this type of resort. Owners can use their villas for agreed periods of the year and during the time that the owner is not in residence, the villa will be managed and rented out for holiday purposes by the developer. For this reason all villas at NUMA are delivered fully furnished. The rental income is divided between the owner and developer on a pre-agreed formula therefore providing a return on investment for the villa owner whilst also guaranteeing that the villas and common area facilities are well maintained by the developer.
